Our heat pump hadn't been putting out any heat. We were making do with our main furnace but needed to get the heat pump checked out - we hoped it just needed more freon, but it's over 25 y/o so we weren't sure. Brandon was servicing our next door neighbor's unit so we intercepted him to take a look. He checked it and added freon since it was indeed low. We asked for a quote for a new unit, which he sent later that day. We're going to wait until the old one fails, since it's only for two bedrooms, but when it dies, we'll be calling Brandon. Honest and trustworthy. He could have told us the old unit was done as it is well beyond it's life expectancy, but he didn't. That means a lot.

Brandon Miller is a great guy and HONEST! Takes time to understand the customers needs. We have used Brandon for repairs. Now we needed a new unit. For due diligence I got a few quotes. Brandon beat them all. New a/c was installed the next day! Takes time to make sure everything is working properly, no shortcuts. He made sure my 2 bosses were happy before he left. After he left there was no trash, no construction debris. Its like they werent even here, except we have a/c! Highly recommend.

I had my air conditioning not cooling and called Comfort Temp and they quoted me a price of $1100 as it could almost take a whole day to fix it. I called Miller Air Care and talked to Brandon. He gave me time he would come to check it out. He was about 10 min early and after diagnostics quoted me a price of $350 and finished the job in less than 3 hours. That is the best, affordable and prompt service I have ever received from any one in this business.
